What will I see on tour?

Guided tours of Pope-Leighey House include the full house.

Where is all the furniture in Woodlawn?

Woodlawn is not a typical historic house museum and is not fully furnished.

For many years, visitors to Woodlawn experienced the home through the lens of the Lewis family, with the home decorated in the Early Republic style. Today, the objects and furnishings you see on the tour have been carefully selected to incorporate the full history of all who lived and worked at Woodlawn over the last two centuries. As we continue to research the site further, additional objects will be included in the exhibit.
